Well, this is the year of spiderman. We had a lot of fun with Ben this year on his birthday. We didn't do a big party but we had fun being together. Since his birthday was on Sunday we did a little celebration on Saturday. Ben and I had a picnic together at the park and then in the evening we took Ben to Peter Piper Pizza....don't ever go there (at least to the one in Avondale on a Sat. day night....ghetto). Ben thought it was the best thing but Carl and I were in a rush to get out of there. You can give Carl props for this cake. He was the main frosting guy.
We decorated his room while he slept in our room that night and was excited to wake up to this. On his actual birthday we went over to some friends house and watched the superbowl (poor cardinals) and had a little celebration for Ben.
Ben was so excited to turn 3 because you have to be 3 to climb the rock wall at the YMCA. We took Ben the day after his birthday and he was pretty excited to put on the gear and climb the rock wall. He did great for his first time.
This is our little Benner. Yes, you can see he loves to be without clothes on. Good thing right now in Phoenix it's 80 degrees. He is such a sweet little boy. He has blessed our lives so much in the three short years he has been a part of it. He has taught me so much and we love love love him!

That cake is very impressive! wow! And it's so not ok that it's 30 degrees outside right now. I think I need a trip to AZ. Ryder likes to strip too. haha
